Someone’s joined my team, how do I add a new user?

When a new member joins your team, you can easily add them as a Platform user using this link here.
This information will be passed onto a member of our support team, who will go ahead and set this user up with a Platform account.
Alternatively, you can also visit the Platform login page and select the “Click here to sign up” option.
It is expected that new Platform accounts go live within 2-3 days once set up by our support team, following approval from your Organisation if required. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries on new user registrations at support@adviseinc.co.uk.
